Sharing
In first grade we do a lot of writing and kids like to feel like their writing has a purpose. Let's be honest, we all want to feel like what we are doing has a purpose, we usually work harder that way. So we do quite a bit of sharing in our class! Today we shared our "Kissing Hand" writing with the class! We made connections with the little racoon character, Chester, and how he gets sad but now can think of things that can make him feel better in those moments! I was super impressed with their writing ability and all of their effort in this project! They also did a wonderful job listening to each other and sharing loud enough for their friends to hear them!
