So, sometimes you just need to move around to wake your brain up or give your body an energy jolt. So we stop sometimes just to get up and move.
What a super fun class we have! Everyone single one of them likes to dance! That was the very first question I heard today, "Can we do that dance from yesterday?" These pictures say it all! How can you not have fun when you are with friends, listening to music, dancing and moving! I love my job!
