In this experiment we began by discussing adding water to wax paper instead of something like fabric. We discussed how in materials like jeans and even construction paper the water will absorb where wax paper and materials with similar properties can hold them on top! What other materials would absorb water? How about materials that will hold them? This will be at our science station this week!

We also watched and learned how gravity Makes the water fall faster. The smaller the drop the more gravity we needed to make it move!
