Mr. Verst came to class to talk to us about construction! I bet I heard at least half the class claim to want to be in construction when they grow up! The kids loved his presentation and were so excited to get such cool hands on experience!
PPE:Personal Protective Equiptment. He brought us all a set of our own gear to try on and take home... Hard hat, safety vest, and safety goggles!
They were so excited!
He also showed us pictures from a project his company worked on with the Columbus Zoo... Ever heard of the Heart of Africa? Well his company worked with Jack Hanna to bring Africa to us here in Ohio! I will have to say they did a pretty amazing job!
