Life Cycle Walk

We went on our hour long Life Cycle Walk today!  It was really cool
And we were able to see animal tracks, goslings with their parents, all sorts of birds, a 300+ year old tree and a deer (only some of us saw this because others were so excited we scared it away!  Oops!). It was very fun and the students were super respectful of the nature wildlife preserve!  We discussed the life cycle of a bird/goose, spider, mayapple, dandelion, and how other things like cars don't have a life cycle!  You have to be living to have a life cycle!
We found a nest in a tree!
We went on a scavenger hunt with binoculars!

We found some raccoon tracks and deer tracks along the way!  Mud makes it easy to spot!
I tried to do a panoramic picture.. But my phone didn't like the ramp they were on and some of the kids don't like to stay still!  Ha!

Around the "Duck Pond" we saw all sorts of wildlife!
