Design Challenge #2
Make a special name tag for your friend!
Design challenges are processes in which we work to design something for a set of users.
Step 1
In this project we started by thinking about what we would to see on something for us. We asked ourselves questions about things we liked or that are our favorites. Then we got 5 minutes to go sketch as much information on ourselves as we could
Step 2
Then we got a partner and were given 2 minutes each to share about our sketches with each other. If we had time left we practiced asking questions to our partner so we could learn as much as possible from them.
Step 3
We got 8 minutes to create 4 ideas we think our partner would like on THEIR nametags. We practiced writing names differently, using different colors and sketching some things that they told us they liked!
Step 4
We shared our ideas for our partner's name tag with them. They told us what they liked as well as other things they think they would like to see on our final draft for them.
Step 5
We created our final drafts for them. We got 20 minutes to do our best so that we would be ready to share our creations for our friends at the end. Check out our reactions to these great gifts!
